Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated based on order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

  • Eligibility:
    Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition:
    Returned products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached). Customized or final sale items may not be eligible for return.

  • Return Process:

    • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
    • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with further return instructions.
  • Refunds:
    Once the returned item is inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item (e.g., different size, color, or style), please follow the same return process. After your item is returned and approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
