Shipping

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping on all eligible orders. No additional shipping charges apply at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Return Policy:

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition:
Returned products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached). Customized or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with further return instructions.
Refunds:
Once the returned item is inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item (e.g., different size, color, or style), please follow the same return process. After your item is returned and approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
