  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided details.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Exclusions

  • Customized or personalized products are non‑returnable.
  • Sale items may only be eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • In cases of damaged or wrong items, Leather Hunt will cover the return shipping costs.
