How to Measure

  • Chest/Bust: Lift your arms slightly and measure around the fullest part of your chest.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
  • Shoulders: Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across your back.
  • Sleeves: Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist.

Example: If your bust measures between 37–38 inches, choose a Medium (M) size.
