Returns Policy

At Leather Hunt, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Should the return be due to our error (for example, if you receive an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

You can expect your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. This period includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank’s processing time (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, refunds are processed even sooner.

To start a return, simply log into your account, view your order under the "Complete Orders" section, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You’ll receive an email notification once we’ve received and processed your return.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address around the world, though please note that some restrictions apply to certain products and international destinations.

When you place an order, we’ll provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping option. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based, with the weight listed on each product’s detail page. For accuracy, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound in line with our shipping partners’ policies.
